Our Approach

Empathy needs to Nurtured

Empathy is a natural gift we receive as children, we are able to see wrong in the world and question why it is that way. As we age this gift is repressed by injustices and suffering we face ourselves. We fail to see unfairness and suffering that happens to others because we are facing unfairness and suffering ourselves. It creates a cycle that only leads to more suffering in the world. By developing and growing our empathic ability we are able to break this cycle and start to make small changes in our actions.

Developing empathy requires deliberate practice. Empathetic ability increases through exercises such as: self reflection, intentional habits, and unconditional forgiveness.

Nootropath doesn't want to tell you what is right or wrong, we just want to help people develop skills to understand other’s emotions and make their own decision.
